This Privacy Policy describes how HPNow ApS ("HPNow", "we", "us", "our"), operating the OC Water brand at ocwater.ai, collects, uses, and protects your personal data. We are committed to handling your data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect personal data only when you voluntarily submit it through our website forms:

• Contact form: name, work email, company name, cooling system type, and any message you provide.
• Water savings calculator: name, work email, company name, and the site parameters you entered (city, IT heat load, concentration ratio).

We do not collect any data automatically through tracking, analytics, or advertising technologies.

2. Why we collect it and the legal basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)), given when you tick the consent checkbox and submit a form. The purpose is to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, follow up to discuss your cooling water situation.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing info@ocwater.ai. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3. How long we keep your data

We retain your contact details and any associated site parameters for up to 2 years from the date of submission, or until you request deletion — whichever comes first.

4. Who we share your data with

We use the following third-party processors:

• Formspree Inc. (USA) — processes form submissions on our behalf and delivers them to our inbox. Formspree acts as a data processor and uses Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure lawful transfer of data outside the EU. See their Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any other third parties.
